ARWEN ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is concluded electronically between "Arwen Academy", located at “Etlik Mahallesi 224 Sokak No:6 Ankara” (hereinafter referred to as the "INSTITUTION"), and the "MEMBER" who approves the registration by completing the membership form on the Website, at the moment of electronic confirmation.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the utilization of free content provided on the INSTITUTION’s website, the registration process for educational programs, access to member-specific announcements and materials, and the general rules of the membership relationship.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS AND USAGE

* Accuracy of Information: The Member represents and warrants that the information provided in the membership form is accurate and up-to-date. The Member is solely responsible for any damages arising from inaccurate information.

* Account Security: Membership accounts are personal. The Member shall not transfer or share their password with third parties. Responsibility for any unauthorized use of the account rests solely with the Member.

* Age Limit: Membership is generally intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 may carry out the process only with the explicit consent of their legal parents or guardians.

4. MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURES (PRIVACY)

* Processing of Personal Data: Your data collected during the membership process (Name, e-mail, phone) is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" and "Clarification Text" previously accepted, for the purposes of establishing membership, providing personalized German language content, and fulfilling legal obligations.

* Commercial Communication: If the Member provides explicit consent during registration, they agree to receive commercial electronic messages (SMS, E-mail) regarding German language courses, campaigns, and discounts from Arwen Academy. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All German course notes, interactive exercises, video content, and design elements accessed within the scope of the membership belong to Arwen Academy. The Member may use these materials solely for their personal education and may not use, reproduce, or share them for commercial purposes.

6. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

* The Member may terminate their membership at any time by notifying the INSTITUTION or through the system settings.

* If the Member violates the terms of this Agreement or the Website Terms of Use, the INSTITUTION reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the membership.

7. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Creating a membership does not, by itself, constitute a payment obligation. When the Member wishes to purchase a paid training package, they must separately approve the "Distance Sales Agreement" and the "Pre-Information Form" specific to that transaction.

8. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement enters into force indefinitely between the parties as soon as the Member completes the registration form and checks the box "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement."
